LHH is seeking a Customer Service Account Executive with solid experience in account management, particularly in handling calls from a specific region and assisting with inquiries related to delivery and availability.
The perfect candidate should value adaptability and eagerness to work in a friendly and casual environment. The ideal candidate should be flexible in adapting to internal changes and software transitions.
Responsibilities :
- PO validations
- Keying orders
- Checking orders
- Facilitating the transition to new software systems, specifically within Oro
- Manage incoming calls from vendors within a specified region, addressing queries related to delivery, availability, and any other concerns
- Handle discrepancies and manual orders with Account Holders
- Maintain KPIs by managing a high volume of calls, targeting 50+ per day
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in account management is preferred
- Ability to manage customer relationships effectively, remaining level-headed and solution-oriented
- Patience and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Commitment to timely resolution of inquiries, with a team goal of responding within 2 hours and minimizing the need for follow-up requests
