SUMMARY
Manages fixture inventory, ordering fixtures, signage inventory, and store orders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Orders fixtures for all new stores, relocation expansion, and remodels per the retail fixture plan for both brands.
- Follows up on all receiving reports and backorders for fixtures and signage shipments for both brands.
- Manages the deliveries of all fixtures for new stores, relocations, and remodels for both brands.
- Assists in testing all prototype fixtures.
- Assists in a minimum of one store set per quarter.
- Communicates issues between the field and fixture companies for both brands.
- Communicates issues between the field and signage companies for both brands.
- Manages the signage inventory for both brands.
- Manages the fixture inventory for both brands.
- Shop fixture companies to get competitive pricing.
- Assist Field Visual Coordinators and Regional Visual Merchandisers on any changes made to the fixture plans.
- Protect the company’s assets and financial information by ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of internal control procedures and informing management and / or appropriate officials of potential fraud risk.
- Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and / or training;
or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
