As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for using payroll software to record and process all employee time and payroll data.
This will require that you observe and manage multiple deadlines.
Your daily duties and responsibilities in this role will generally include :
- Calculate and process employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and other compensation
- Address any payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure payroll processes comply with legal requirements
- Track and record employee time and attendance
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
- Utilize payroll software and systems to process payroll efficiently
