Position Summary :

This is a unique position that spans a variety of accounting, customer service, investigative, and analytical work. The selected candidate will join a highly experienced team and will be thoroughly trained and supervised.

Essential Job Functions :

  • Assist in daily administration and customer service on a specialized global database used to manage company utility cost and consumption. Primary tasks will focus on North America.
  • Work directly for the UBM Systems Specialist and will coordinate with an off shore (Brazil) processing team, local Accounts Payable team, Accountants, Location Managers, Suppliers, and Internal Engineers.
  • Assist in creating various reports and drafting communications and presentations.

Job Requirements :

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Word).
  • Task oriented and self-motivated, able to function without direct supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to effectively handle multiple ongoing tasks.
  • Work effectively as part of team or independently.
  • Well-developed independent judgment and problem solving.
  • Excellent written / verbal communication and positive interpersonal skills.
