Job Summary
The RV Detailer is responsible for cleaning, polishing, and maintaining the appearance of recreational vehicles (RVs).
This role involves both interior and exterior detailing tasks, ensuring that each RV meets our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
- Clean and detail the interior and exterior of RVs, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
- Perform deep cleaning of RV components such as carpets, upholstery, windows, and appliances.
- Remove any debris, stains, or odors from RV interiors.
- Polish and protect exterior surfaces to maintain a like-new appearance.
- Inspect RVs for any damage or defects and report findings to the supervisor.
- Use appropriate cleaning agents and tools in a safe and effective manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist with other tasks as needed, such as moving RVs and preparing them for customer delivery or display.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a detailer or in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or RV industry.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and bending.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and techniques.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with a variety of RV brands and models.
- Basic understanding of RV systems and components.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
