We have an opportunity for a Radar & Reconnaissance Systems Engineer to join our team to help us design, develop, integrate, test, and deliver Electronic Support Measures (ESM) and Electronics Intelligence (ELINT) systems to our customers and support their on-going operations.

Essential Functions : Provide technical leadership to a multi-discipline team of engineers from proposal development to production through sustainmentGenerate and maintain concepts of operation and use cases;

develop, decompose, and trace multi-level requirements; and lead specialty engineering disciplines (reliability, maintainability, availability, safety, etc.

Lead integration and test of systems, subsystems, and related hardware, software, & firmware componentsProvide technical leadership performing data analysis, modeling, and simulation to guide design and to find underlying root cause of problemsDevelop and update test plans, procedures, and reportsWork in a highly dynamic hardware & software development and integration labBe the primary technical point of contact for your internal and external customers, leading preparation and presentation of the technical material for project and design reviewsQualifications : Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.

Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

5 years of experience with Electronic Support Measures (ESM) and / or Electronics Intelligence (ELINT) system performance requirements, system design requirements, interface documents, test plans and test procedures8 years of experience with larger electronic systems, especially those that include antennas, receivers, and digital signal processingActive DoD Secret ClearancePreferred Additional Skills : Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineer, or related Engineering disciplineMaster’s in Electrical Engineering or Systems EngineeringAbility to convey technical information and ideas in a clear and concise manner, including executive communication and technical presentationsExperience leading a multi-disciplinary Engineering team (spanning systems, software, firmware, hardware, mechanical, etc.

Familiarity with one or more of the following key skill areas : Signal Processing, Tracking, Sensor Fusion, Receivers (Digital and Analog), Synchronizer / Timing, logic design, computer architecture, Systems Engineering Processes, LabView, CEESIM, Software (Interface, Visualization)Experience with RF systems including ESM, radar, or communication systems is desiredExperience with total system product development to include reliability, maintainability, availability, fault tolerant design, EMI / EMC, and environmental requirementsFamiliarity with IBM Rational DOORs or other requirements traceability toolsExperience with SysML / Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)Understanding of applicable programming and scripting languages for analysis and test (such as MATLAB, Python, Excel / VBA, C / C++, Java)In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $122,500 - $227,500.

This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
