Weare currently looking for a Live Chat Agent (Front Desk). The LiveChat Agent will be responsible for providing a variety of customersupportrelated duties for the company and our clients.
This personwill interact daily with visitors on our clients websites (via LiveChat software) and will be expected to provide exceptional customersupport in realtime.
They should be capable of handling multipleincoming requests for information. This person will be expected tocontinually demonstrate an ability to stay calm under pressurewhile providing enthusiastic customerservice.
