Full Job Description :

Are you a customer-focused and growth-motivated professional? With those qualities you can fit right in and :

  • Identify clients home improvement needs and present lasting solutions using your characteristics of resourcefulness, integrity, and honesty
  • Meet face to face with clients through door to door marketing to develop relationships that are mutually beneficial to both the client and American Home Tech
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both staff members and clients
  • Maintain timeliness with appointments both in and out of the office
  • Collect data from customers and enter into software to provide our clients with a seamless customer service experience
  • Collaboratively work with the sales / marketing team as well as company leadership to develop new lead opportunities with prospective customers
  • Be eager to perform and take advantage of opportunities for advancement
  • Provide product and system feedback to American Home Tech to help shape the future of marketing and sales within the company
  • Lastly HAVE FUN each and every day with both staff and clients.

Position Benefits :

  • Competitive salaries starting at $40,000 and increasing depending on experience, education, and how well you interview
  • The salary isn’t a draw. This is salary PLUS uncapped commission opportunities

Required Keys For Success

  • Ability to communicate orally in a clear, concise, and professional manner
  • Ability to show proper judgment and initiative
  • Ability to listen and interpret the needs of clients
  • Ability to work individually or within a team setting
  • Proficiency in related software applications (extensive training provided)
  • High School Diploma required (higher starting pay for those with college degrees)
  • Competitive background
  • Burning desire to be a winner
  • Those with restaurant, military and sports backgrounds excel with us
  • Experience preferred but not required
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR (going 3 years back)
  • Felony free background
  • Above all, a high ability to Smile and Have Fun
