A mid-sized law firm based in San Jose is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Legal Secretary to join our team in San Jose, CA .

This is an immediate opening for an experienced professional with a stable employment history and at least five years of experience supporting multiple litigation attorneys.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Create and edit legal documents including correspondence, briefs, pleadings, TOAs, TOCs, and more using advanced MS Word skills.
  • Perform e-filing and ensure compliance with Federal and State court rules.
  • Maintain attorney calendars, schedule meetings and depositions, and manage expense reports and check requests.
  • Coordinate the maintenance of client files and assist with document management, including utilizing systems like NetDocs.
  • Juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with strong

Qualifications :

  • At least 5 years of stable employment as a Litigation Secretary, with experience supporting multiple litigation attorneys.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, proficiency in e-filing, and familiarity with Federal and State court rules.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with systems like NetDocs is a plus.
