We are seeking an exceptional Web Design & Site Content Coordinator responsible for managing and optimizing web content to ensure a seamless user experience.

In this role, you will oversee execution of on-site messaging and promotions in our website CMS (Shopify customizer). You will mock up all site content, prepare preview themes, and execute site flips.

This role involves collaborating with various teams to create, update, and maintain content across our website, ensuring it aligns with our brand and business objectives.

All of True Classic's roles are global and omni-channel, leading designated areas of accountability across all product categories, countries, and different sales & marketing channels.

This means you will have the opportunity to impact our operations worldwide, ensuring a cohesive strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives and drives success across various markets and platforms.

Key Areas of Accountability

  • Content Management :
  • Develop, edit, and publish web content in line with the promotional and content strategy.
  • Mockup site experiences, including visuals from the creative team’s brand direction.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and optimized for SEO.
  • Content Strategy :
  • Assist in developing content calendars and strategies to enhance user engagement.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep content relevant.
  • Quality Assurance :
  • Conduct regular content audits to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
  • Analytics and Reporting :
  • Analyze website performance metrics to assess content effectiveness.
  • Prepare reports and present insights to improve content strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to create cohesive content strategies.
  • Interface with the website development team to prepare Shopify themes in advance of site flips as well as communicate dev needs for launching promotions.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and incorporate feedback.

Qualification Requirements

  • 2-3 years of Shopify experience
  • 1-2 years of graphic design or web design experience
  • 2-3 years of promotional calendar management experience

Preferences

  • 2-3 Copywriting experience
  • Apparel experience

Work Environment :

At home at a table or desk

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home or any location with reliable internet access within the United States.

You will spend extended periods at a computer, so a comfortable and ergonomic workspace is essential. We provide the necessary tools and support to ensure a productive and collaborative virtual work experience.

Additionally, the company holds quarterly all-hands meetings in California, which you would be expected to travel to and attend in person.
