Community Options is looking for a highly motivated Operations Trainer to join the Behavioral Health Services Department.
This position offers a variety of rewarding challenges and opportunities to work collaboratively as a team. As an Operations Trainer with your role is responsible for serving as temporary fill-in for the various Behavioral Health Services programs in any region, as needed and assigned.
This is a Statewide position with preferred locations being Bismarck, Minot, Williston, or Dickinson. Frequent travel throughout the state of North Dakota is required.
Responsible for training staff in the operations of the Behavioral Health Services’ programs and assisting with the daily operations of all related programs in the regions.

The salary for this position is $23-$26 an hour depending on experience (DOE).
