Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take charge of marketing initiatives from concept to execution. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of marketing campaigns and projects.
You will work closely with various departments to align project objectives with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Facilitate project kick-off meetings and set clear expectations for team roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuously assess and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a marketing or creative environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing project challenges.
- Understanding of digital marketing, media, and campaign management.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with live events, media production, or related fields.
- Familiarity with contract management and project scoping.
- Background in creative industries or event planning.
