Your Role

This position is based on-site in our Minneapolis office 5 days a week.

What You Will Do

• Perform interior design assignments that include programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation
• Participate in the selection and presentation of furniture, furniture systems, fabrics, equipment (FF&E), color palettes, and lighting
• Generate floor plans, finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for construction
• Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts
• Responsible for Construction Documentation and Construction Administration, supporting the delivery of the project design intent
• Work on multiple teams and support concurrent projects in varying phases of project delivery
• Manage external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators
• As a self-motivated designer with strong Revit skills, you can jump in and produce test fits and project deliverables

Your Qualifications

Please include a portfolio (ideally showcasing your experience with the aforementioned project types) along with your resume. The base salary range is $72,000 to $85,000, commensurate with relevant experience. In addition, standard benefits will be offered, and employees will be eligible for bonuses.
