An industry leading multi-disciplinary team is looking for a Director of Mechanical Engineering for their Pittsburgh team!
Responsibilities :
- Lead / directdesign of public / private development projects
- Recruit / builda strong engineering team
- Representthe team / firm in project and client interviews
- Assistwith marketing firm to clients
- Work withinternal team members
- Attend meetingswith clients, local authorities, and other professionals
- Review designsprepared by others to ensure they adhere to QA / QC standards
Requirements :
- BS inMechanical Engineering
- 12+ yearsof Mechanical design experience
- PE License
- Experienceleading a design team
- Experiencedesigning multiple types of projects (architectural / industrial)
- BroadHVAC / Plumbing design experience for a variety of building / system types
