About the Role :
As a Team Member, you will represent 7 Leaves in cultivating an incredible customer experience. We pride ourselves in creating consistent and high quality products and a warm and inviting ambiance.
Team Members always strive to provide extraordinary service to all customers, prepare consistent, quality beverages, and foster a clean and welcoming store environment.
Job Responsibilities :
- Serving our customers and community empathetically to understand their needs through clear communication
- Ensuring accurate processing of cash and card transactions
- Consistently prepare high-quality products precisely to company's recipes and each customer's needs
- Adapting and following instructions using adequate comprehension skills
- Adhering to safety policies and procedures, including security, handling equipment, etc. (first in, first out)
- Reporting to work at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift and to fulfill the job requirements for the duration of the shift
- Communicating effectively and proactively with management and team members
- Performing all work-related tasks as assigned by your supervisor
Requirements and Qualifications :
- Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs.
- Availability on one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required
- Capability of working collaboratively to meet store needs
- Well-organized, self-motivated, and positive team attitude
- Proficiency in basic math skills
- Flexibility to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
- Capacity to learn quickly, carry out oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed
- Must be able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Capability to adhere to instructions provided by supervisor and management
- Ability to interact productively with coworkers to meet store goals
