Job Duties and Responsibilities

We're seeking a motivated and innovative Product Development Manager to lead our dynamic Product Development team. In this individual contributor role, you'll play a pivotal part in establishing and advancing our cutting-edge Enterprise Product Platform.

With our Commercial Wireless Product division growing and launching new offerings, we require a proactive and results-driven individual to ensure successful product delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

In this role, you will :

  • Collaborate with teams to execute product management processes and implement the product platform strategy.
  • Align product platform vision and strategy with stakeholders and engineering teams.
  • Support the intake process, evaluate opportunities, and prioritize cross-functionally.
  • Contribute to all product lifecycle processes, from research to Go-to-Market activities.
  • Draft requirements and collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Foster a high-performance, Agile work environment within the Product Development team.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

As a successful Staff Enterprise Product Development Manager, you will have :

Education and Experience :

  • BS Degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8+ years of experience in telecom-related product launch and support

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Proven success in large-scale, complex cross-functional projects in product management and technical review
  • Expertise in contributing to roadmaps, collaborating with functional teams, and integrating diverse inputs
  • Comprehensive understanding of product processes, including certification, hardware, front-end, data, and reporting
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to navigate ambiguity, and prioritize business needs

Salary Ranges Compensation : $110,100.00 / Year - $180,900.00 / Year Benefits

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies;

compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
