We are seeking a Full-Time Client Services Manager (CSM) in the DC Metro area to deliver exceptional customer service, build strong relationships, and support client retention.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage client caseloads, fostering trust and satisfaction.
- Conduct client intakes and provide education on available services.
- Respond to inquiries, handle consumer issues, and support professional relationships.
- Maintain timely communication with team members and resolve client concerns.
- Schedule home visits, assist with transitions from hospital to home, and provide resources tailored to client needs.
- Participate in community events and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications :
- 4-5 years of experience in client retention, customer service management, or quality assurance.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of senior care, home care services, or geriatrics preferred.
