You will also be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of these programs and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to :
Ensure implementation of the leadership development strategy in partnership with the Lead Talent Management Consultant, maintaining continuity and consistency in the use of talent management processes and tools across the organization
Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders across various functions and levels
Consult with business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify issues, gaps, and opportunities specifically related to leadership development
Collaborate with Talent Management and the broader Human Resources team to develop innovative and comprehensive leadership development solutions aligned with C.
H. Robinson’s strategies
Design, develop, and facilitate programs that address individual and organizational leadership needs, positively impacting business performance and maximizing return on investment
Clearly define and communicate priorities for project teams
Proactively evaluate the impact of talent solutions, tools, processes, programs, and resources including quality and scalability in collaboration with the People Analytics team
Identify new ways to operationalize talent programs to ensure they meet expected outcomes
Leverage data to provide comprehensive talent analysis and insights that support business needs and drive growth
Act as a change agent, aligning change initiatives with strategic business needs
Navigate complex decision-making involving multiple stakeholders
Stay informed on the latest talent management and leadership development trends, recommending improvements as needed
Qualifications
Required :
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 7 years of experience in leadership development or talent management
Ability to travel up to 10%, both domestically and internationally
Preferred :
Strategic thinker with a pragmatic and effective approach to content delivery
Experience in consulting, influencing without authority, resolving conflict, and thriving in a fast-paced, decentralized, matrixed, global environment
Strong planning, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a focus on execution
Collaborative, positive, and influential team player
Ability to provide leadership, consultation, and influence to support business decisions
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messaging to various audiences
