JOB DESCRIPTION
GrayColors infant development specialist provide in-home play based services to families with infants (birth to three years) who have reported a disability / delay.
Services include working with the child and parent using a play based atmosphere to achieve goals set for the child's developmental advancement.
Most children are approved for services 1-2 hours per week and parents / guardian must be present during sessions. Our duties include providing direct information and education to all those involved with the infant.
Using items (i.e. toys, books, furniture, etc.) in the child’s natural environment, those around the child (i.e. parents, siblings, facility staff) will learn to assist the child in obtaining goals by using daily items as educational tools.
Our knowledge is utilized to directly assist with enhancing the infants surroundings and immediate environment to promote optimum growth and development for the infant.
This position is not behavioral in nature and is not part of our ABA program)

Job Requirements :
- Have a bachelor or masters degree in child development, psychology, speech development, or similar degree
- At least one year experience working directly with infants / toddlers who have a disability or disorder
- Able to pass a background check and finger printing
- Reliable transportation
- Current drivers license
- Motor Vehicle Record check
- Current auto insurance
- Personal auto policy limit of $100,000
- Per occurrence auto policy limit of $300,000
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work without being micromanaged
- Ability to speak and understand Spanish or any other language fluently is a plus (optional)

We provide service to many areas in Los Angeles County including : Inglewood, Culver City, Hawthorne, Gardena, Los Angeles, Malibu, Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, South Los Angeles, Leimert Park, South Gate, North Carson, Gardena, and more.
