About the Position : Our Behavioral Case Manager II employees provide clinical services to individuals with mental health and / or substance abuse issues.

Under general supervision, they assist in the provision of telehealth and in-person first contacts, screenings, and referrals.

They also work to establish and maintain a treatment focused environment for consumers and family members receiving treatment services.

Job Type / Salary : Annual Salary level II is $47,750 yearly / $22.96 hourly Annual Salary level I is $45,000 yearly / $21.

63 hourly plus $3.00 shift differentials when working evenings / overnights / weekends or holidays; and $1.00 for on-call Primary Working Hours are 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm Monday-Friday Occasional weekend and holiday coverage required.

Non-Exempt 08 / 8 / 2024 until filled Minimum Qualifications and Experience : Level I- Education and experience requirements at this level consist of 60 college credit hours;

or a high school degree or equivalent, and a total of 36 months of direct, documented experience with persons who live with mental illness and / or substance abuse issues.

Certification as a Certified Behavioral Case Manger will be completed within 30 days of start date Level II-Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of.

a bachelor's degree in education or a behavioral health related field; or a currently licensed registered nurse in Oklahoma with experience in behavioral health care;

or a bachelor's degree and current certification for Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner or Certified Child and Family Resiliency Practitioner from the United States Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association (USPRA) Certification as a Certified Behavioral Case Manager II will be completed within 30 days of start date with the agency, contingent to training availability.

Special Requirements : Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license.

Griffin Memorial Hospital is a 120-bed acute psychiatric hospital serving persons aged 18 and over with severe mental illness and provides in-patient hospital care for those in need of mental health & substance abuse services.

Drug and Alcohol Pre-employment and Preplacement Testing : Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to test for drugs.

Appointment to a safety sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test result. THIS AGENCY REQUIRES COVERAGE 24 HOURS, 7 DAYS PER WEEK.

WORK HOURS AND LOCATION MAY VARY DEPENDING ON BUSINESS NECESSITY. EMPLOYEES MAY BE REQUIRED TO WORK WEEKENDS AND OVERTIME.
