Job Description :
Pay Range $20hr - $23hr
- Expectation is to support devices and equipment (e.g. Thin Clients, laptop, mobile phones, tablets, peripherals, etc) and related Software.
- Provide on demand walk up support for Service Recipients on Service.
- Recipient EUC environment and general computing questions.
- Resolve Incidents and service requests associated with the Service Recipient EUC environment.
- Provide break / fix support.
- Advice and assistance to Service Recipients on IT related inquiries.
- Coordinate efforts with other teams and third-Party service providers as necessary to keep Service Recipient EUC environment stable, reliable, and available.
- Replace defective parts and systems, including for preventative maintenance as prudent.
- Perform maintenance and parts management, and monitor during warranty and off warranty periods.
