Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and sales-oriented Automotive Service Advisor to join our auto repair shop in Oceanside. As the primary point of contact between customers and our service technicians, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer interactions, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the repair process.

Proficiency with computer software like Mitchell1, email, and the ability to speak Spanish is highly desirable.

Responsibilities :

• Customer Service and Interaction : Speak with customers, listen to their concerns, and provide clear explanations of the repair process.
• Appointment Scheduling : Manage and schedule appointments based on technician availability to maximize productivity and minimize wait times.
• Service Recommendations : Assess vehicle needs and offer maintenance or repair recommendations, balancing customer preferences with sales opportunities.
• Price Estimation and Billing : Provide accurate estimates and manage billing processes.
• Follow-Up : Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on completed services and scheduling future maintenance.
