Must Haves :
- 5-7+ years of experience as a 5-Axis CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics to develop machinery programming
- Understanding machining properties of various raw materials
- Background in complex machining
Day to Day :
An employer in the Dayton, OH area is seeking a CNC Programmer to sit locally in Dayton. This individual will be working in fast-paced environment where they will be contributing to the creation of High-Tech components used in life saving surgical procedures.
They will be developing programs using CAM software for machines to produce customer parts and internal tooling as well as interpreting drawings and product models to make modifications and improvements.
Throughout their day to day, this individual will be conducting quality tests to ensure quality standards are met. There will be collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide updates and technical support.
