We are seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join our team as a Construction Laborer. The Construction Laborer will perform and assist with various construction tasks to support and ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities :
- Job Site Preparation : Assist in preparing job sites with light demolition and debris removal.
- Material Handling : Load, transport, and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Basic Construction Tasks : Ability to read measurements, basic knowledge of both hand and power tools, assisting with the installation of building components (installing baseboards and hardware).
- Job Site Clean-Up : Maintain a clean and organized work environment by cleaning up debris and disposing of waste materials.
- Safety Compliance : Ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members by following all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Team Collaboration : Follow instructions from supervisors to complete required tasks. Effectively communicate and collaborate with other team members to move projects forward.
Requirements :
- Previous experience in construction, finish carpentry, repair work, or a related field preferred.
- Plumbing, drywall, or any trade experience is a plus. *
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to safely tow trailers and equipment.
- Ability to lift 50lbs safely
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Pay & Benefits :
Pay Rate : Starts at $22+ / hour based on experience, with possibility of overtime pay
