CBIZ is supporting our client in the medical industry in their search for a Territory Business Manager for a new oncology treatment.
This remote role may require overnight travel and offers a competitive salary, auto allowance, and bonus opportunities as part of a comprehensive full-time employment package.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the product and manage all accounts within the territory.
- Train healthcare providers on dosing, administration, and treatment expectations.
- Educate providers on reimbursement and contracting information.
- Achieve or exceed revenue targets for the territory.
- Customize brand messages to meet the needs of customers and patients.
- Develop expertise in disease and product knowledge to identify suitable patient populations.
- Plan and host events for top providers and clinics.
- Create and execute account strategies to increase product adoption.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotech, or medical devices, with a focus on Urology and / or Oncology.
- Valid driver’s license.
Target base salary range : $180,000 to $190,000 / year.
