Role Description :

The Solutions Engineer will join ShipBob's growing Revenue team responsible for understanding the unique strategic needs of each of our mid-market clients and delivering value to help facilitate their growth and success. The Solutions Engineer will partner with ShipBob's Sales, Implementation and Success teams to align the merchant's key business objectives and technical requirements with a compelling technical solution. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Solutions Engineer will demonstrate our platform's full potential, tailored to each merchant's unique needs and personalized to their industry segment. This role reports to the Manager, Solutions Engineering.

What you'll bring to the table :

ShipBob believes in transparency while providing a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance approach. The full base pay range for this position in our compensation architecture is $83,078 - $138,463. In addition to base salary, this role includes the opportunity to be eligible for participation in the Company's discretionary bonus plan based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company's policies.
