Job Summary : A Turndown Attendant at Black Desert Resort is responsible for providing evening turndown services for guest rooms, ensuring they are clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
This position reports to the Housekeeping Manager or Director of Housekeeping and plays a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience through meticulous attention to detail and exceptional service.
Job Specification : Location : Onsite at Black Desert Resort Shift & Schedule : Year-Round / Full Time (Evening Shift) Pay Range : $15.
50 - $17.50 / hour. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Job Responsibilities but not limited to : Perform evening turndown services, including refreshing guest rooms, replenishing amenities, and setting the room for the night.
Ensure that all guest rooms meet the resort’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Replace used towels, empty trash, and straighten the room to create a welcoming environment for guests.
Restock amenities such as toiletries, water, and other in-room items. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Manager or relevant department.
Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing excellent customer service. Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored properly.
Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies. Assist with special requests or additional services as needed.
Participate in housekeeping meetings and training sessions to stay updated on cleaning techniques and standards. Perform other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager or Director of Housekeeping Qualifications Preferred Qualifications and Skills : Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role in a hospitality setting is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work efficiently and independently, managing multiple tasks.
Good communication and teamwork skills. Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items. Willingness to follow instructions and take on new challenges.
Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $15.50 / Hr. - $17.50 / Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
