We seek a motivated and results-driven Fundraising Leader with experience in building revenue streams, corporate philanthropy, and project management and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Proficiency in program fundraising and finance, preparing budgets and forecasts in collaboration with Development Leadership to execute resource development strategies, ensuring execution of progress toward goals
- Responsible for development of monitoring and development of philanthropic revenue-building streams, trends, strategic fundraising activities, and public relations opportunities
- Accountable for overseeing, developing, and implementing all non-annual giving programs at the organization
- In direct collaboration with Development Leadership responsible for strategic fund-raising revenue forecasting (short- and long-term planning), including identification, acquisition, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship
- Experienced in identifying, recruiting, and training board members, direct reports, and volunteers to participate in solicitation and other income development activities
- Develop and produce campaign messaging and materials that effectively share the campaign's goals and impact, including overseeing the planning of logistics for special events, in association with obtaining sponsorships and solicitation of gifts
- Experienced in large corporate philanthropic strategic partnership & and stewardship, oversee the management of the annual calendar of key public and private grants, foundations, and public partners, including the development of prospecting processes to regularly identify new prospective funders and create engagement plans.
- Lead the project management of proposal creation, follow-up conversations, and gift closures
- Develop systems to ensure that strategies are being implemented and that leadership and volunteers are coordinated in their approach
- Plan and lead Campaign Committee meetings
- Lead and plan strategy discussions on top prospects
- Manage research process to ensure valuable prospect research is conducted
- Prepare all solicitation materials
- Analyze campaign progress and quarterly projections
- Manage all endowed gifts : steward donors and provide annual updates, including areas of impact and improvement
- Research, develop, and implement best practices to ensure a pipeline of planned gifts to the school
- Identify major and planned giving prospects through research, data analysis, and personal interactions
- Develop and manage a portfolio of major and planned giving donors and prospects
- Create and implement cultivation and stewardship strategies for a campaign, major, and planned giving donors
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with major and planned giving donors and prospects, including regular communication and personalized engagement
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the major and planned giving program and make recommendations for improvements as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in the field of Development, Fundraising for Nonprofit management - Preferred
- Proven performance in the development and execution of scalable revenue fundraising campaigns, special events, working with corporate partners for a nonprofit organization,
- Successful or proven track record of managing revenue budgets, staff supervision, and proven success in closing 6-figure foundation or corporate gifts
- A talent for big-picture thinking and managing all the moving parts of a cross-functional marketing, communications, and development group at a growing organization
- Strategic Thinking - Develops strategies to achieve organizational goals, meet deadlines and remain flexible with competing priorities
- Understands organization's strengths and weaknesses; Analyzes market and competitive landscape

- Systems experience with Fundraising Platform, Salesforce Cloud and MS Office Word, Excel (proficiency)
- Excellent business acumen verbal and written, capable of communicating within all levels of the organization, including the ability to produce clear and engaging content
