A top-tier intellectual property law firm is seeking T echnical Specialists and / or Patent Agents to join its Mechanical Practice Group in Atlanta, GA. This is a dynamic opportunity to work alongside leading patent professionals on complex, high-value matters in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Candidates will support a broad range of patent-related tasks : Drafting and prosecution, client counseling, and litigation support.

Qualifications & Candidate Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field in the mechanical arts
• Prior experience in patent prosecution is required
• USPTO registration number preferred
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to evaluate complex inventions and convey their value in written and oral form
