Job Title : Human Resource Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Maintain employee records related to termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions. Focus on Employee Benefits including LOA, PTO, Health, Overtime, and more.
Coordinate, track, and maintain all FMLA and leave-related records. Conduct new hire orientations, exit interviews, and off-boarding.
Manage and process unemployment claims. Perform verifications for I-9s and employment. Assist the HR Team with additional HR Administrative tasks as needed.
May sit at the front desk, greeting and directing visitors as needed, handling lots of foot traffic from 600 employees and visitors.
