This position reports to the Technical Services Manager. This is based in Somerville, MA and will be fully onsite.

Essential responsibilities and duties include :

• Strong communication with internal and external customers while maintaining a professional attitude.
• Display leadership and teamwork among the Technical Services Group by overseeing the team's daily required tasks.
• Work with the Technical Services Representatives to ensure high-level customer service during job preparation and execution.
• Provide administrative support to the Technical Services department.
• Collaborate with each New England Operations department to drive solutions.
• Develop an understanding of the Environmental Health & Safety field and the state and federal regulations that impact the industry (Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) & Department of Transportation (DOT)).
• Assist in data entry for job paperwork in the office.
• Organize and file environmental documents, including inbound waste profiles, profile approvals, and manifests.
• Prepare work-orders for upcoming field projects.
• Contact clients and schedule various environmental services.
• Track client shipment volumes and ensure reports are sent out to appropriate clients.
• Create client invoices based on job paperwork.

Basic Requirements :

• Eagerness to learn about the Environmental Health & Safety Field.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask and be detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
• Must have a reliable form of transportation.

Preferred Requirements :

• Experience working within Oracle ERP.
• Relevant industry experience.
