Registration Coordinator Remote / hybrid work schedule is available after 3 months of successful training

Registration Coordinator Ideal candidate :
- Enjoys working with a team (physicians, lead nurses, front desk, and 6 other registration coordinators)
- Basic medical terminology a plus
- Experience with insurance and referrals highly recommended
- Understanding of HIPAA and Medical Records
Registration Coordinator Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Patient registration
- Verifying patient insurance
- Scheduling New Patients with appropriate specialist
- Collecting Self Pay amount and balance payments
- Scheduling of follow up appointments with MD and Occupational Therapy
- Communicates necessary information to patients, staff and physicians
- Maintains awareness of updates to physician's clinic and on call schedule
- Communicate urgent messages between ER facilities and On Call provider
Registration Coordinator Salary & Benefits :
$18-20 Per hour

Requirements
Registration Coordinator Education :
High school or equivalent (Required)
Registration Coordinator Experience :
Medical or Customer Service : 1 year (Preferred)
Salary Description $18-$20 per hour
