This Field Applications Engineering role is for a specialist in system design, networking and leader to our customers who believe that deep learning, data science, and artificial intelligence is a new computing revolution and has the potential to transform the industry.

NVIDIA is searching for an extraordinary FAE with a focus on system design for AI computing. Your primary responsibilities will be the customer technical engagement for NVIDIA GPU products for computing systems targeted at a wide range of deployments from the datacenter to the edge.

You will be working cross-functionally with our organizations as well as ensuring a positive experience for external customers.

What you’ll be doing :

Be a technical specialist on GPU and networking products directly supporting sales account managers, working closely with the team to secure design wins.

Actively establish the technical relationship with our customer’s engineers, management, and architects at focus accounts.

Identify customer architectures and key product requirements in the OEM market.

Provide onsite support to solve problems in hardware and software, and deep learning inference.

Lead the support of the product through the design-in phase all the way to the product end of life.

Create technical solutions such as hardware & software demos and example system designs.

Provide technical and sales training to the direct sales team and channel partners.

Establish strong relationships and communication channels with internal teams.

What we need to see :

BS or MS in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science or equivalent experience.

5+ years of related experience in a high-tech electronics industry in a system design role or technical customer support role.

Hardware design experience involving schematics, layout, power, thermal and mechanical design.

Capable of working in a constantly evolving environment without losing focus.

Drive technical issues across multiple cross functional teams.

Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong time-management and organization skills for coordinating multiple initiatives, priorities, and implementations of new technology and products into very complex projects.

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English with the ability to effectively collaborate with management and engineering.

Ways to stand out from the crowd :

ARM and NVIDIA GPU and DPU development

C / C++ and Python programming skills.

Embedded Linux System, APIs and similar embedded OS knowledge.

Experience working with OEMs in the industrial, military, and cloud computing space.

Technical Expertise : Hands-on experience in hardware design, platform setup, and application profiling.

The base salary range is 128,000 USD - 201,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
