Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years of current experience Administrative Occupational Therapist unless otherwise discussed by recruiter.
- MI license is required
- Minimum 2 years current experience requiredMichigan Dental Hygiene license required at uploadAssociate degree in Dental Hygiene required Experience with Cavitron RequiredDentrix EMR Experience requiredSpanish language proficiency strongly preferredGood interpretation skills to maintain effective rapport with patients dentists other staff members and community.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers clients and other employees of the organization.
Must be familiar with Microsoft office and capable of learning electronic healthcare systems software.Previous Travel - HIGHLY PREFERREDProfile Requirements : Cover page if available / not requiredWork HistorySkills Checklist for Dental Hygiene current to 1 year1 supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employmentLicense / Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile Current MI license and BLS
Prior to start date you will need the following sent to the recruiter and credentialing :
- Resume without time gaps and education notated.
- References from 2 supervisors in past year (updated yearly).
- Two forms of ID; one must be a photo ID
- Photo for Badge ID without filters on white background
- Immunization Documentation; Covid, Flu (current season), HEP B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella
- Current Yearly Physical
- TB TEST; Two step or Quantiferon as requested by facility.
- BLS and any other certifications required of professional : AHA Preferred and often required
- Skills Checklist and Competency Exams
- Background Check and Urine Drug Screens are ordered after receiving job offers
- Credentialing will require other documentation.
- Must be fully credentialed prior to start date.
