- 5+ years of commercial real estate accounting experience, preferably with a third-party management company.
- 4-year degree in accounting.
- Tax preparation experience.
- Experience with real estate management / accounting software; Rent Manager preferred, Yardi, and AppFolio knowledge a plus.
- Proficient in computer and technology.
- A willingness to learn.
