Our client is a growing title company dedicated to providing exceptional service in the real estate industry. We are seeking experienced professionals to join our dynamic team.
We are looking an Escrow Officer with experience in writing title commitments, balancing with lenders, conducting closings, disbursing files, and recording documents.
Familiarity with Simplifile and Qualia software platforms is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and write accurate title commitments.
- Balance files with lenders.
- Conduct real estate closings efficiently and professionally.
- Disburse files in a timely and accurate manner.
- Record documents following all legal and company procedures.
- Utilize Simplifile and Qualia software platforms effectively.
- Above all, provide excellent customer service
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in the real estate title industry.
- Proficiency in writing title commitments and conducting closings.
- Strong understanding of lender balancing and file disbursement.
- Experience with document recording procedures.
- Familiarity with Simplifile and Qualia software platforms is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
