Program Specialist / Case Manager
The Program Specialists at URS provide supervision, guidance and monitoring to DSP / Program Aides and assist clients through advocacy and case management services.
The Program Specialists structure work situations and establish Adult Day Support and Vocational Habilitation programming methods and outcomes for clients.
Including the intake, discharge, and ISP process for assigned caseloads.
United Rehabilitation Services (URS) provides a comprehensive array of support and services for infants, children, adults and seniors with disabilities or other special needs, from ages 6 weeks through elderly.
URS has the regions only Early Childhood Education Center servicing typically developing and those with special needs. On-site nurses and therapies are available to support the children as well as staff throughout the day.

URS on-site Centers include : Adult Daycare, Vocational Rehabilitation, Young Adult Center, Infant and Child Daycare and Latchkey Center.
Our Therapy Center includes outpatient services in Physical, Occupational, Speech and Aquatic therapies and Augmentative Communications.
URS community-based employment services serve over 11 counties in SW Ohio.
An Associate's Degree in Rehabilitation, Social Services or closely related field is required. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
Experience in DoDD Adult Day Service Programming or Residential Services including supervisory or management experience with certifications is CPR and First Aid are also required.
