Job Description
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of skilled tradesmen, including carpenters, masons, and other self-perform crews.
- Coordinate and collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, quality control measures, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage and optimize resource allocation, including materials, equipment, and labor, to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential challenges, implementing effective solutions to mitigate risks and minimize project delays.
- Conduct regular progress meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all project activities, including daily reports, safety logs, and project updates.

The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a construction superintendent, with a strong background in managing ground-up construction projects.
- Proven expertise in leading self-perform trade crews, preferably in carpentry, masonry, or related disciplines.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to risk mitigation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Commitment to promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
