Austin office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a global projects associate attorney with 4-6 years of experience working on major projects and transactions, preferably in the energy and infrastructure space.
The ideal candidate must have experience in the oil and gas, LNG, or electric power sectors and have been a key member of a team on major transactions and project development matters.
Should preferably have experience managing a team working closely with a partner or supervising junior associates, possess strong drafting skills and contract analysis capabilities, have the ability to analyze and synthesize new information, and have an interest in the energy industry and the clients' businesses.
Should have great communication and organizational skills and are self-motivated to provide excellent substantive work and client service.
