About the TeamDCar is an all-in-one automotive information, transaction, and service platform, providing users with authentic and professional car content as well as convenient and trusted purchasing services.

Established in August 2017, DCar's mission is "Enjoying Cars, Driving Technological Advancements in the Industry," striving to become the most trusted platform for automotive information, transactions, and services.

As 2023, DCar's mobile platform has over 8 million daily active users (DAU), with more than million automotive content creators and a user base of 498 million car enthusiasts.

Responsibilities : - Responsible for the coordinated operation of DCar's US creators, involving the development of strategies and efficient implementation of the US 0-1 creator business- Localize the original content of DCar in China and expand the influence of DCar's original content from China to the US - Collaborate and coordinate with various teams to quickly and effectively implement various activities and projects in the US- Collaboration with overseas creators, Chinese creators, automotive media practitioners in China & DCar team members in ChinaQualificationsMinimum Qualifications : - Understand the current market of the US media, YouTube and other US automotive media resources- Experienced in automotive media, creators, platform operation - Experience in leading a team - Sensitive to data, data analysis and summarization ability or related experience - Fluency in Chinese and English.

English will be used as the primary language for work, while Chinese will be used for market-specific communications Preferred Qualifications : - Bachelor's Degree from any major- At least 5 years of working experience in automotive related field- Familiar with self-media, successful experience or case study in self-media content creation- Data driven, good communication, team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
