As the VP, Clinical Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our team's effectiveness, ensuring inclusivity and collaboration define our approach.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Bring your expertise to bridge the gap between clinical, operational, and technical functions, making our services and solutions resonate seamlessly with clients.
  • Craft compelling pitches that speak to the heart of our clients and prospects, turning every interaction into an opportunity.
  • Embrace a role that involves 25-50% travel, bringing your insights directly to client visits, sales pitches, and conferences.
  • Enable our sales team to communicate and sell clinical services and solutions effectively, fostering a culture of mentorship and continuous learning.
  • Participate in Account Plan reviews, identifying new opportunities and understanding existing care management needs that our solutions can address.
  • Hold the sales team accountable, measuring success against our shared objectives, and ensuring we constantly exceed expectations.
  • Extend your influence across various channels, from whitepapers and webinars to marketing and consulting opportunities, contributing to our collective success.
  • Align your efforts with annual growth targets, turning aspirations into tangible results that propel us forward.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Dive deep into EXL Health's clinical portfolio, becoming an invaluable resource on features, benefits, and applications for Payer and Provider clients.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, empowering our sales team with comprehensive knowledge of our clinical portfolio.
  • Work hand-in-hand with internal stakeholders to create tailored training materials, presentations, and resources that support our clinical portfolio.
  • Assist the sales team in translating complex clinical information into compelling, understandable messages for potential customers.
  • Develop sales scripts, FAQs, and other tools to aid sales teams in their engagements, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Co-create sales collateral, presentations, and materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of our clinical portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the sales team in engaging with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers, building credibility and trust.
  • Attend meetings with sales representatives, providing expertise during customer interactions to enhance credibility and trust.
  • Work closely with the sales operations team to ensure that sales tools align with our clinical portfolio's value propositions and operational models.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and product development, conveying customer feedback, market trends, and opportunities for product improvement.
  • Contribute to the refinement of sales strategies based on insights gathered from the field, shaping our future success.

Qualifications : Education :

Education :

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required (e.g., nursing, healthcare administration). Master’s degree preferred.

Experience :

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Operations Management within Payers and Providers. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Utilization Management, Care / Case Management, and Contact Center within a Payer and / or Operations Management setting.
  • Adaptability : Familiarity with Operations Management processes and the ability to adapt clinical process knowledge to a sales support context.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex information into easily understandable terms.
  • Global Collaboration : Experience in working with global, multi-cultural, and diverse teams across different time zones.
  • Bonus Points : Experience in sales enablement or a similar role is a plus.
