POSITION AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY.
We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and managing a retail location that handles the sales and service check in of customer goods including Vacuums, Sewing Machines and Small Appliances.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and coordinate the Store as a whole, while demonstrating products and benefit of services we perform.
- Establish sales quotas, and goals for the store
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting and inventory
- Report on Store and individual performance
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
- Build and form new partnerships with existing and potential customers
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
- Experience as a supervisor or manager
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Driven by Commission and profitability.
