About the Role :

As a UI / UX Designer , you will play a critical role in designing and delivering high-quality, data-driven digital solutions for internal tools and customer-facing applications.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, product development teams, and end-users to create intuitive experiences that align with business objectives and user needs.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead Design Processes : Develop wireframes, prototypes, personas, and journey maps to bring projects from concept to completion.
• Advocate for the User : Champion user needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with stakeholders, product teams, and end-users to define requirements and ensure successful implementation.
• Drive Innovation : Contribute to feature definition and design, focusing on usability, functionality, and alignment with strategic goals.

Typical Responsibilities :

• Design user-friendly interfaces for dashboards and internal tools in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate and iterate on design solutions.
• Utilize interactive design tools to create deliverables tailored to user needs and workflows.
• Ensure designs adhere to branding and visual identity guidelines.

Who We’re Looking For :

Required Skills & Experience :

• 4+ years in User Experience design or a related field.
• Expertise in end-to-end design processes, including wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Proven ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Experience designing complex, data-heavy applications or dashboards.

Desired Skills & Experience :

• Familiarity with telematics, IoT, or data visualization for industries like construction, manufacturing, or fleet management.
• Proficiency with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Interest or experience in battery / charge management, energy solutions, or electric vehicles / machines.
• Skills in 3D and Interaction Design (a plus).
