Job Description

Our busy dermatology office is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist!

Duties :

• Answering the multiple-line phone system
• Checking patients in and out
• Scanning records
• Faxing Referrals / Record Management
• Cash handling
• Scheduling

Qualifications :

• Ability to multitask
• Customer service skills
• Team player
• Patient
• Must have computer skills
• EMR experience is required

Job Type :

Full-time : 7 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm Monday through Friday

Experience :

• 1+ year experience as a Medical Receptionist is required
• Experience utilizing EMR is required

Education :

• High School diploma or equivalent GED is required
• Associate degree is preferred

Pay :

Pay starts at $18.00 per hour and increases with years of experience
