Pay Rate : $100k - $120K / salary base plus commission

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Responsible and accountable for all new revenue generation, sales processes, and sales pipeline management.
  • Accountable for committing to short-term success, forecasting future revenue and strategy across all segments and functions in sales.
  • Responsible for the success of each sales team member in meeting / exceeding their new business goals individually and as a team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor's level degree in Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience with an emphasis on acquiring new customers preferred.
  • Documented success achieving and exceeding assigned quotas.
  • Rail / trucking / ocean industry background.
  • Former leadership experience.
  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • Consultative, solution-based sales methodology.
  • Logistics / supply chain experience with a focus on rail or trucking highly preferred.
  • Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives.
