Job Summary
The Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking an Assistant Director of Finance who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.
The Assistant Director of Finance is responsible for safeguarding the hotel assets and financial resources contributing towards maximizing hotel profitability.
Responsibilities
- To assist the Director of Finance in the administration of all financial aspects of the hotel's operation.
- To ensure that all local and corporate policies and procedures are observed.
- To supervise the day-to-day operation of the Accounting office.
- Require a working technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, Four Seasons Internal Controls, Policies and Procedures and job knowledge of all positions in Accounting, Purchasing and Food & Beverage control.
Working knowledge is generally learned on the job or through a series of professional certifications.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Require knowledge of and the ability to operate computer equipment and excellent Excel and computer skills. Sun, iScala and Opera Systems knowledge required.
- Strategic, analytical and have solid business acumen.
- Forecasting, budgeting and team management also necessary.
US Work Authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons Location. Current Four Seasons Managers may qualify for L1 Visa Sponsorship.
Salary : $120,000 - $125,000
