Job Details
Our client is seeking an experienced Regional Scheduling Manager to oversee and optimize project schedules across multiple regions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction scheduling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor team members.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain master schedules for multiple construction projects
- Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to ensure timely project delivery
- Analyze schedule data to identify potential delays and develop mitigation strategies
- Conduct regular schedule reviews and updates with project teams
- Implement and maintain scheduling standards and best practices across regions
- Provide training and support to project teams on scheduling software and techniques
- Generate reports and presentations for executive leadership
Desired Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in construction scheduling, preferably in a management role
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and industry standards
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus
