Key Responsibilities :
- Plans and oversees a calendar of recreation activities for our residents
- Creates activities that enrich our residents' lives with physical and cognitive exercise and socialization
- Manages, coordinates, and communicates with 12 support staff members (activity assistants)
- Ensures staff and participants are following all safety protocols
- Submits budget recommendations for any equipment and supplies needed for activities What We Offer :

Requirements :
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and conflict management a plus!
- Certification preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare facility or related setting
