ECHO is hiring a Senior Corporate Process Manager! The Senior Corporate Process Manager will be an organized analytically driven leader who will play a pivotal role in our company.
The Senior Corporate Process Manager will lead and oversee the development, execution, and prioritization of new product development, voice of customer, continuous improvement, and corporate enterprise projects / processes that drive strong business decisions resulting in revenue, profitability, and market share growth for our Outdoor Power Equipment (OPE) and Industrial Power Equipment (IPE) businesses.
This is a hybrid position that will offer the flexibility of working from home and on-site at our Lake Zurich facility.

Duties / Responsibilities :
- Develop and communicate a comprehensive roadmap for company-wide implementation and all critical projects, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to expand and enhance the ECHO portfolio for future growth.
- Standardize processes and systems, establish, and lead a community of process experts, and foster continuous knowledge sharing on process execution, harmonization, and business requirements.
- Conduct local audits to ensure global alignment and consistency in process harmonization.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and devise strategies to increase efficiency.
- Ensure seamless integration with Adobe Workfront, working closely with the IT department.
- Oversee process execution, adherence, and performance across user communities, ensuring effective monitoring of key indicators.
- Provide training and support to users on process requirements and best execution practices.
- Define governance frameworks to manage the relationships between processes, supporting broad-scale change and continuous improvement.
- Align business process owners and stakeholders on agreed solutions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Lead and empower teams, including end users and partners, in process management and execution.
- Support process owners in adopting data-driven approaches through the implementation of business intelligence technologies.
- Assist in identifying bottlenecks, improvement opportunities, and key performance indicators, while developing adaptable process requirement documents.
- Build effective communication channels with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, end users, and external partners.
- Simplify complex information into clear, actionable insights about upcoming changes, their rationale, and the roadmap, highlighting benefits that facilitate organizational agility.
Job Experience / Skills :
- 5-8 years of project management or related experience.
- Strong listening skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and align processes with those needs while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Experience in applying project management methodologies, including project planning, scope definition, cost estimates, and management plans.
- Proven creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to eliminate organizational barriers to achieve goals.
- Experience managing projects through the full New Product Development (NPD) lifecycle.
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, operations, or engineering.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly preferred.
