This position executes requirements gathering methodologies to identify business, functional, and non-functional requirements within designated business domain.
This role also develops requirements for process or system solutions within assigned business domain(s) and supports the evolution of applications, systems, and / or processes to a desired future state.
This role supports the evaluation of third-party vendors as directed and recommends regional and / or national process improvements which align with sustainable best practices, and the strategic and tactical goals of the business

Key Responsibilities
- Effectively communicates investigative findings to non-technical audiences.
- Works with technology risk teams and business stakeholders to respond to and remediate identified issues and determine the best approach for improving business protocol.
- Provides recommendations to team or department leadership on how to remediate issues identified through system testing processes.
- Follows established processes to ensure KPI goals are obtained, and performance metrics are tracked on an ongoing basis.
- Supports continuous process improvement by participating in the development, implementation, and maintenance of standardized security tools, templates, and processes across assigned business domain(s).
- Researches and stays abreast of integrated applications to creatively discover any vulnerabilities and recommend solutions for technology systems.
- Generates scheduled reports (e.g., ticket volume updates, error reports, remediation reports) and provides regular metrics to IT teams as appropriate.
Support of Windows and Macbook OS. Active Roles / Access support, ITSM and other service support for workstation builds, maintenance, deployments and device mgmt.
VDI Support / Virtual Environment knowledge.
